Description
The XLW Series is Blackmer's Heavy Duty ductile iron sliding vane pump line, purpose-built for liquids carrying suspended abrasive particles — up to 250 microns and 25% concentration. Hardened, replaceable wear surfaces (liners and end discs) let the pumping chamber be rebuilt to like-new condition without removing the pump from the piping. The line spans 3 sizes with flows from 14 to 190 gpm, differential pressure to 150 psi, and temperatures from -25°F to 300°F. Blackmer also offers fully integrated unit assemblies, motor, gearbox, baseplate, couplings, and guards pre-engineered around the XLW pump for drop-in installation with no alignment required.
