Description

021403 Cylinder Housing 2" is a genuine Blackmer replacement housing for 2 inch sliding vane pumps.

The cylinder housing is the body the rotor and vanes run inside. Its bore condition determines how well the pump holds capacity, how evenly the vanes wear, and how much product slips back past the rotor on every revolution.

Replace the 021403 housing when the bore is scored, worn out of round, or damaged by debris or a dry run. Once the bore is out of specification, new vanes and a rebuild kit will not restore original flow, and the replacement vanes wear quickly against the damaged surface.

Order by part number so you get the correct housing the first time. Check the pump nameplate if you are not certain which housing your unit takes, and ask about matching vanes, bearings, and seals while the pump is apart.
